Answer:

No

Step-by-step explanation:

when checking to see if a point satisfies a system of equations

plug in x and y values from your point into the system

(2, 10)

x y

-3(2) - 4(10) = 4. and. -5.2 + 10 = 2

-6-40 = 4. 4.8. = 2

-46 = 4.

invalid statement. invalid statement

therefore the point (2, 10) does not satisfy this system of equations.

Need help solving this differentiation problem please. Thank you.
DIA [1.3K]
First convert the terms to fractional exponents

u  =  t^2/3  - 3t^3/2

differentiating

u'  =  2/3 t^ (2/3 - 1) - 3* 3/2  t^(3/2 - 1)

     =  2/3 t ^(-1/3) - 9/2 t ^(1/2)

     =  2 / (3∛t) -  9 √ t / 2   in radical form

The sum of the first terms of an Arithmetic progression (Ap) is 130.if the fifth term is 3times,the first term,find the (a)commo
Nadusha1986 [10]

Answer:

For part a)

130 = 10/2[2a+(10-1)d]

Simplify, u get

2a + 9d = 26.................(1)

Also U5 = a + (5-1)d = 3a

Simplify, u get

a= 2d...................(2)

Substituting for a in equation 1,

2(2d)+9d= 26

Solving for d, we get

d = 2

In part b) substituting for d in equation 2 to get the first term

a = 2(2) = 4

Part c) the no. of terms required can be obtained by solving

28 = 4+(n-1)2

n = 13
