To stay healthy in winter, I would follow all the instruction that the doctor gave me, eat the heathy foods, sleep well, take a bath everyday which helps us to stay neat and clean, use hand sanitizer every time before eating, I will not share my foods and water with anyone because if I do that it maybe cause a problem because if someone have a problem and it's infectious, I will get it too.
