Answer:

Yes, people who disagree about normative ethical theory can still reach an agreement on practical ethical questions in the business world.

Explanation:

 • Most individuals associated with any form of business have their own theories devised of ethical behavior.
 • Even if some people choose to disagree with the normative ethical theory, they cannot ignore the practical ethical questions in the business world.
 • Such people modify their own ways of tackling the problems regarding business ethics which prove effective sometimes and sometimes do not.

White raven [17]

Answer:

D) all of the above

Explanation:

Probably the single most labor reducing factor is new technology and how it is applied within a business. Automation is probably the single most important labor reducing factor in the US over the last 30 years. This is specially for factory workers, since automation is responsible for fewer industry jobs, not China.

New technologies increase marginal returns for labor and they also have changed organizations completely.

Computers, the internet, smartphones, Amazon, etc., have changed our world. Even the military has changed, a pilot can be located inside a US base and his airplane is flying a mission in the Middle East.

The value of what you owe minus what you owe is called
aliina [53]
Hey there!

I think you meant to type "value of what you own minus what you owe". Let me know if this assumption isn't correct, though I don't know what the value of what you owe is besides... ya know, what you owe.

The value of what you own is called you assets. This can include anything of value that you own, particularly your pricier possessions. Think of a vintage family heirloom or a highly–priced article of clothing. Assets, though, includes the value everything that you own that you could possibly put a price tag on if you were certain someone would buy it.

What you owe is called your liability. This is basically any debt that you owe anyone, whether it be your buddy who footed your lunch bill the other day when you didn't have enough cash or a student loan you used to pay for college.

Your assets minus your liability is called your net worth. This is basically what you are worth in total. This makes sense, since any debt you owe will be taken out of the amount that you are worth or any money that you have.

Net worth will be your answer.

Hope this helped you out! :-)

tatiyna

Answer:

less reliable than the appraiser's.

Explanation:

in such a scenario the broker's opinion of value will be less reliable than the appraiser's. This is mainly because the broker does not have all the information that the appraiser has and is making his opinion without this information, which may lead to unforeseen consequences that would not otherwise occur if the broker had this information and was able to see a much bigger picture of the situation to incorporate into his opinion.

Mr. Ballard retired in 2018 at age 69 and made his first withdrawal of $35,000 from his traditional IRA. At year-end, the IRA ba
serg [7]

Answer:

a)

Contributions amounting to $320,000 were non deductible.

First year of withdrawal:

Taxfree withdrawal % = Uncovered Investments / Current year value x 100

Taxfree withdrawal % = [$320,000 / ($441,000 + $35,000)] x 100

Taxfree withdrawal % = [$320 / $476,000] x 100

Taxfree withdrawal % = 67.23%

Amount of taxfree withdrawal = 67.23% x $35,000

Amount of taxfree withdrawal = $23,530.5

Taxable amount = Total Withdrawal - Tax free withdrawal

Taxable amount = $35,000 - $23,530.5

Taxable amount = $11,469.5

Second year of withdrawal:

Taxfree withdrawal % = [($320,000 - $23,530.5) / ($407,000 + $60,000)] x 100

Taxfree withdrawal % = [$296, 469.5 / $467,000] x 100

Taxfree withdrawal % = 63.48%

Amount of taxfree withdrawal = 63.48% x $60,000

Amount of taxfree withdrawal = $38,088

Taxable amount = $60,000 - $38,088

Taxable amount = $21,912

b)

$35,000 would be included in taxable income in first year and $60,000 would be included in taxable income in second year.
