Do you think any of the public order crimes should be legalized? Why or why not? If so, which ones do you think should be legali
barxatty [35]

Public order crimes should not be legalized because some crimes can be dangerous to people and property. Public order refers to crimes that disturb how a society runs.

Explanation:

Every citizen under a constitution of the country is free to live without curbing the freedom of other civilian or causing any hindrance to the well being of another civilian in the same country. If he seems to be a threat to the other civilians and nation' well being then such victims have to be penalized. Public order and a disciplined way of life ensures peace and harmony and if these are disturbed then police have to arrest the culprits causing such crimes.

Alcoholism and drug addiction, if any harm caused to women' safety either physically or emotionally, corruption and people who makes the public place unhygienic must be severely punished as these are the crimes which causes hindrance to the peaceful life of the whole public.

How does confucianism affect the government and the way a government would run?
Vlada [557]

Confucianism, contrary to popular belief, is not properly a religion but a doctrine based on the philosophical system of Chinese Confucius (Kung-Fu-Tzu) during the 6th century BC.

During this period an elaborate system of moral, social, political, religious and teaching was established, based on ancient Chinese traditions and at the same time innovative in terms of rationalism.

In Confucianism, the family is the social basis on which all human beings are based and on which the system of government is a broader aspect.

Rulers are considered the "fathers of the people," not only subjects but obedient and humble children who respect the political authority based on heaven's mandate.
