Answer is given below:

Explanation:

  • From the civil rights movement, we have tried in previous diversified movements to eliminate redistribution, segregation laws and other shortcomings. An example of the rise from the civil rights movement is the Workplace Discrimination Act, which states that businesses cannot lay off potential employees due to race, disability, age, gender or race.
  • It is very rare to have a colorful woman in government power today. But recently as a political woman in America Kamala Harris became the first woman of color and the first woman to become vice president.
  • It is a staple of American civil rights. 100 years ago every white person in America cheated on this. Despite this popularity, America still has work to do, for example one of America’s lofty goals is to have a woman president of color. This has never been achieved.
  • If you’ve heard recently about the murder of so many blacks across America like Floyd U, you’ll see that more action needs to be taken to help in these situations.
