Originally made with lamb, mutton or chicken, but todays shawarma may also be turkey, beef, or veal. It’s also one of their most popular foods

Your essay looks very well written, however there are some indents and spaces where there doesn’t have to be, but I don’t know if that was your choice. You also have a couple letters capitalized when the shouldn’t be, so just check over your essay again.
