because somethings could go out into the ocean and harm sea animals like turtles some get stuck in plastic and some die because of water poeple throw away and if that continued we may make all the sea life die because of that

I believe the answer to be C.

This is because A and D would not affect the young adult that much as regular dietary choices are still being applied.

B however only changes on day and would not affect the patient drastically overall.

However, C, incorporating a healthier diet would indeed help shift their nutritional choices to a more healthy path.
