I know this because in the passage the author stated that" When I would  eat fast food or processed things, I would definitely feel the difference  in my body the next day ." Another reason  is she try's to encourage the students a lot I know this because in the text it stated" She now encourages other students to cut out the junk so they could feel better too." these two  piece of evidence show why she encourages and to show how she felt the difference.
