You would have to round the tenth place up because of the 8 in the hundredths place, and for the hundredth place you would have to see if the thousandths place is higher than a 5 and if not don’t round up.
you just look at the decimal places and ignore the whole numbers for now the you look at the 2 since it is tenth the number at its back will add one to it because 8 is greater than 5 and it becomes 3 since we added 1 to 2 . our number then becomes 27.3 and the zeros you can remove them or put them it doesn't matter.
