I’m not sure that you’d win the argument as you could possibly face repercussions of the act you did that was illegal...two wrongs won’t make a right basically.

Answer:

Law exists for the purpose of public peace and safety of the persons within the county/city/province. ANswers may differ for different cities with different laws and Police departments. The law from where I am in is made in the Kremel Parliament. The OMOH and COBR enforce the populus in large quantities while the DPS and Police enforce the minor groups.
