How do i do rise over run if the slope is not a fraction

Ok for example let’s use 2 as the slope. You are going to put the 2 over 1 so it will look like this 2/1. And that would be your slope!

So let’s say the slope is 5 then you would just put a 1 under it like this .... 5/1
