Hey, can you help me, I have kinda have a gamer issue and when I’m angry with someone I want to hurt them, like I want to stab t

hem but then I don’t to hurt them even I really want to, so took all my hatred towards them to me. And I would start cutting myself, bitting my lip, scratching my arms etc. what can I do to stop this, my family don’t believe in therapy so that isn’t an option
