Answer: High Power Distance index

Explanation: Power distance index is the tool that is used for defining inequality in any particular organizations. The inequality is based on the acceptance as well as expectation of the employees with low power in an organization. They believe that the power is not distributed equally between the members.

According to the case in question, it displays high power distance index because the organization is having high inequality and large number of people who are accepting this scenario.

The mentioned organization is not answering the queries of Wayne rather he is remarked not to ask question as only leads are supposed to contact managers. This is the case of high inequality faced by employees and they are not standing against it thus acceptation of this inequality is also high.

What protects federal judges from political pressure to make a certain ruling?
never [62]
Unlike State court judges, which in many States are subject to election, Federal judges are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate, and only then are appointed to the Federal bench. Federal judges remain in office as long as they want to. Federal judges are only subject to discipline for misconduct through impeachment in and by the U.S. House of Representatives and removal from office upon trial and conviction in and by the U.S. Senate.

Obviously, then, any ruling that would arise from and comprise actionable misconduct would be avoided by federal judges. Actionable misconduct does not necessarily include rulings that are alleged to be politically motivated. The U.S. Constitution defines actionable misconduct as "high crimes and misdemeanors", and there are statutes, rules, and common law which define these.

How did the proclamation of 1763 impact the colonic
inysia [295]

Answer:

Although the proclamation was introduced as a temporary measure, its economic benefits for Britain prompted ministers to keep it until the eve of the Revolutionary War. A desire for good farmland caused many colonists to defy the proclamation; others merely resented the royal restrictions on trade and migration. Ultimately, the Proclamation of 1763 failed to stem the tide of westward expansion.
