The MAP3 program stands for Metropolitan Area Project. It is a a capital improvement program that was initiated by the Mayor of Oklahoma City, Mick Cornett. This program is a uses 1 cent, limited term sales tax to service debt free projects which are intended to improve the quality of life within the city of Oklahoma. Cornett's major goal on embarking on this project was to encourage physical fitness and healthy living among Oklahomans and get people to lose weight.

Ultimately,
Cornett was trying to help Oklahoma cut down on its growing obese population through the program and these projects. He was helping to make health changes by encouraging healthy living through the MAP3 program.
I have had it very many times. You dont want it. I have spend over half my life in the hospital becasue of it and other diesese that I don't want to bring up (it takes to long to explain).
