The UN should continue to address the issue of climate change in the following 10 years.

Explanation:

The UN has several mechanisms to address climate change, the most famous being the intergovernmental panel of climate change, which publishes frequent studies on the state of the climate in the world, and gives recommendations to policy makers.

Another mechanism is the Paris Climate Accords. While these accords are not enforceable by the UN, meaning that signing countries are not obliged to abide by its dispositions, the UN should anyway continue to promote its implementation as much as possible since the amelioration of the effects of climate change depends to a great degree on it.
