1.- La sociedad exige mucho en términos generales, pero no se compromete a nada.

2.- La sociedad espera que todo lo solucione el gobierno y que la ayuda les caiga del cielo.

3.- La sociedad no se compromete a trabajar para aumentar la productividad y brindar mejores resultados que le beneficien a su economía.

4.- La sociedad no es precavida y se espera hasta que suceda una desgracia para poner orden a sus vidas. No hay programa del gobierno que supere la prevención de los propios ciudadanos.

5.- La recaudación fiscal no es como debería de ser. La ciudadanía no es afecta a pagar los impuestos, pero sí exige que todo en el gobierno funcione como reloj.

Y esto no es privativo de la sociedad Colombiana. Gran parte de las sociedades en los países Latinoamericanos son muy similares en este sentido. La gente llega a ser descuidada, dejada, y no cree ser corresponsable en la prevención del delito, la prevención de accidentes, la prevención de desastres naturales, y más. Todo se lo deja al gobierno y a las autoridades.
