A good, nurturing parent will keep their baby's diaper clean. Babies can't do that themselves. If parents don't do that then eventually it will start infection and that is not good. Babies need to eat every few hours, it's just common sense that your baby will starve if you don't feed them. Keep your baby comfortable, your baby will get cold, your baby will get hot and you need to keep them at a good temperature, they will also need to feel loved.
