What should someone with ADD and ADHD do in order to sustain proper focus?

Answer:

My friend has ADHD and she has to take certain medication to be able to keep focus on what she is doing which can be hard for her but something that she does to keep focus on her homework she goes to the library turns her phone upside down and turns off her ringtone expect for her parents and just spends time doing her homework it does a bit longer but that is just the way that best suits her, she also needs to make sure she eats a good breakfast which her mom makes for her everyday.

Well I remember back when I was in the sixth grade when fidget spinners started to become popular and some people at my school had adhd so they would use those to stay focus during test etc.

Unlike any other cell in the body, these cells (nicknamed "pacemakers") keep sending out electrical impulses, more than once a second, to make the rest of the heart contract and pump out blood.
