1. Increase diabetes risk. Diabetes is described in a condition where the body is responsible and effects of insulin on blood sugars.
2. Dietary Deficiencies. The nutrients which are found in the food we eat provides raw materials for chemical reactions which are responsible for property functioning of the body. If you choose to include a little number of fruits in the diet then it will risk developing chronic health conditions for example scurvy which is from low vitamin C intake.
