6 0

Answer:

x=3 y=0

Step-by-step explanation:

This is called system of innequalities

we know y= 3-x and we substitute that into 2x+y=6 and we get

2x+3-x=6 we solve and get x=3

then we substitute x into the first equation and we get y=3-3 and get 0

x=3 y=0

Plotting these two equations on a graph.<br><br> p=6-2q<br> p=4+q
Mekhanik [1.2K]
Put into slope intercept form, y=mx+b where m=slope
p=-2q+6
slope is -2
subsitute values for q and get values for p
q=0, p=6
(q,p)
(0,6)
(1,4)

p=q+4
slope is 1
subsitutte
q=0,p=4
(q,p)
(0,4)
(1,5)

I think it is X equals 20 because there’s 180 degrees I a triangle and 100+40= 140 and you have e 40 remaining and since it’s 2x you do 40 divided by 2 which is 20 do the inverse to check

You roll a standard number cube. Find P(number is not 2).
Morgarella [4.7K]
A standard number cube has 6 sides, and so the numbers are:

1,2,3,4,5,6

P, is any of those numbers that <em>are not 2</em>.

2 is one of the numbers in 6, and so it is 1/6 of the die.

6/6 - 1/6 = 5/6

C) 5/6 is your chance of getting a number that is not 2

hope this helps

Find the area: (I will give brainliest) +50 points.
scZoUnD [109]

Answer:

A_{total} = 16\ cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

<u>Step 1:  Determine the area of the top rectangle</u>

We can tell that the total shape seems like two rectangles glued together.  We can separate the top rectangle and determine the area of it and then determine the area of the bottom rectangle and combine them.  Lets first solve the left rectangle.

A=l*w

A_{top\ rectangle}=6\ cm * 2\ cm

A_{top\ rectangle}=12\ cm^2

<u>Step 2:  Determine the area of the bottom rectangle</u>

A=l*w

A_{bottom\ rectangle}=2\ cm * 2\ cm

A_{bottom\ rectangle}=4\ cm^2

<u>Step 3:  Determine the total area</u>

A_{total}=A_{top\ rectangle}+A_{bottom\ rectangle}

A_{total}=12\ cm^2+4\ cm^2

A_{total} = 16\ cm^2

Answer:  A_{total} = 16\ cm^2
