So right now, you need 4 chefs to prepare 20 deserts in 10 minutes (so the rate is one chef can make a dessert in 2 minutes) so if we think about this 7.5 desserts can be made by one chef in 15 minutes, BUT no one wants 1/2 of a dessert, so we must round this down to 7, and now we divide 75 by 7 to get 10.7, but we don’t want 0.7 of a cheap, so we round up to get 11 chefs can make 75 desserts in 15 minutes

A local trucking company fitted a regression to relate the travel time (days) of its shipments as a function of the distance tra
scZoUnD [109]

Answer:

4.038

Step-by-step explanation:

The simple regression model is:

Time = \hat\beta _{0} + \hat\beta_{1}Distance = -7.126 + 0.0214Distance, then \hat\beta_{1} = 0.0214.

The statistic calculated for the hypothesis test of statistical significance, for the slope, in a simple regression model is given by:

t_{c} = \frac{\hat\beta_{1}-\beta_{1_{0}}}{SE}

with \hat\beta_{1}  the slope estimator, \beta_{1_{0}}  the value of slope in the null hypothesis and SE the standard error of the slope. Thus,

t_{c} = \frac{0.0214-0}{0.0053} = 4.038

I need help with properties of rhombus, rectangles and squares
Montano1993 [528]

Answer:

  • ∠ROK = 36°
  • ∠CKO = 96°
  • ∠C = 60°

Step-by-step explanation:

The same-side angles at each base are supplementary, so ...

  ∠ROC = 180° -120° = 60°

Because the trapezoid is isosceles, 60° also the measure of ∠C.

The angle sum theorem tells you ...

  ∠COK +∠ROK = ∠ROC

  24° + ∠ROK = 60°

  ∠ROK = 36° . . . . . . subtract 24°

__

The sum of angles in ΔCKO is 180°, so ...

  ∠C +∠COK +∠CKO = 180°

  60° +24° +∠CKO = 180°

  ∠CKO = 96° . . . . . . . . . . . . . subtract 84°
