Brut [27]
4.25+1.25*m, 5.75+0.75*m
4.25+5.75=10 and 1.25+0.75 = 2 therefore the two expressions are 2m+10
0.5m-1.5     : 4.25+1.25+m-5.75+0.75*m =0.5m-1.5 ( I'm quite sure about this one but I can't think of another answer but this )

Explain how graphs are used and what their advantages are
bearhunter [10]
Graphs are used to put numbers in a visual form, like a bar graph showing population growth over time. Their advantage is that it helps the viewer understand the situation by seeing it in a easier way.

Find the approximate side length of a square game board with an area of 171 in?
Makovka662 [10]

Greetings from Brasil...

According to the statement of the question, we conclude that the area of a square is requested, whose value is 171 in²

The area of a square is given by the expression:

A = S²

where S is the side of the square - just what we want to know

So:

A = S²

171 = S²

√171 = S

S ≈ 13.08in
