We can use the Pythagorean theorem on the right triangle to get:

14^2 + 14^2 = x^2

BTW, x is the length of the diagonal :)

So, 196 + 196 = x^2 = 392

Sooo, x is just the square root of 392 :)

\sqrt{392}\\ = 19.7989898732, which rounds to 20
