I am stuck on how to solve this problem and no video is provided on how to do it.

So u plug in both values of x
f(4)=12+4/5(4)= 15.2
f(8)=12+4/5(8)= 18.4
then u add the 2 answers together
15.2+18.4 = 33.6
then divide by 2
33.6/2=16.8
