Answer:

Integers.

Step-by-step explanation:

I'm assuming you are talking about number groups, such as integers, natural numbers, whole numbers, etc.

If so, then -15 belongs to the 'integers' group.

This is because consists of numbers that are not fractional components, such as -5, 5, 4, -4, -15, 15, 8, 91, 200, -200, etc. Basically, integers include only negative and positive numbers.

Natural numbers include positive integers only, such as 5, 15, 87, 100, 20, etc.

Whole numbers do not include negative numbers, fractions, or decimals. Examples of whole numbers include: 8, 16, 20, etc.

Therefore, -15 belongs to integers.

A line has a slope of 2/3 and a y-intercept of −5.
aniked [119]
The best and most correct answers among the choices provided by the question are:

▢A. -2x+3y=-15
▢B. y=2/3x-5

y = mx + b. where m is the slope of the line and b is the y-intercept of the line, or the y-coordinate of the point at which the line crosses the y-axis. To write an equation in slope-intercept form, given a graph of that equation, pick two points on the line and use them to find the slope.

I hope my answer has come to your help. God bless and have a nice day ahead!

What is x=3y+6 converted into y intercept form
Goshia [24]
Okay so to convert x=3y+6 into y intercept form you need to first subtract x from both sides of the equation:
x + 3y = 6
(x + 3y) -x = 6 - x

3y = -x + 6 <-- (Which is the same thing as 6-x, but with x in front)

Now, to get rid of the 3 on the y side, divide by 3 on both sides of the equation (remember, what you do to one side you MUST do to the other side of the equation as well):
(3y)/3 = (-x + 6)/3

y = (-x/3) + 6/3
or
y = (-1/3)x + 2 (Same thing, don't forget the negative)

y = mx + b
So the slope is (-1/3) and the y-intercept, b, is 2.

Hope you could understand that :3
