The answer to this question is the "Retrograde Amnesia". When Justine was involved in an automobile accident and sustained a serious and critical injury to his sensitive part of the body which is the forehead. When he is being asked about the accident, Justin could not remember what happened on how the accident occurred. So Justin seems to be suffering from  RETROGRADE AMNESIA.
