15x + 190 >= 400

* >= means greater than or equal to *

at least 14 friends

Step-by-step explanation:

without the inequality it'd be 15x + 190 = 400

but since you want it to be at least 400 you change the = to the greater than or equal to sign

15x + 190 = 400 * subtract 190 from both sides*

15x = 210 *divide both sides by 15*

x = 14
