Answer:

The answer is reciprocal chromosomal translocation

Explanation:

The Philadelphia chromosome (Ph) is the truncated chromosome 22 generated by the reciprocal translocation t(9;22)(q34;q11) and was first identified in 1960 in a patient with CML [3]. Translocation of the proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase (ABL1) gene located on chromosome 9 to the breakpoint cluster region (BCR) gene located on chromosome 22 results in a BCR-ABL1 fusion gene on the Ph [4, 5]. Three BCR-ABL1 fusion gene hybrids encode BCR-ABL1 protein isoforms p210, p190, and p230, which have persistently enhanced tyrosine kinase (TK) activity. These aberrantly activated kinases disturb downstream signaling pathways, causing enhanced proliferation, differentiation arrest, and resistance to cell death [6, 7]. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targeting the BCR-ABL1 protein are the most successful targeted therapy for Ph-positive leukemia.

Answer:

eukarya

Explanation:

so long as that stands for eukaryotic

fungi is eukaryotic

other 2 are multicellular, and therefore eukaryotic

if u don't like the first explanation, the second one is process of elimination

archaebacteria is a kingdom, so it can't be that, same with plantae.

fungi isn't a bacteria so it can't be that either

only option remaining is eukarya

Weathering and erosion both contribute to the disintegration of rocks. true or false
morpeh [17]
True because Weathering is the process breakdown of materials through physical or chemical actions and Erosion occurs when weathered materials such as soil and rock fragments are carried away by wind, water or ice. Many forces are involved in weathering and erosion, including both natural and man-made causes. This will causes rocks to disintergrate

Severe anemia may trigger an adaptive conversion of:
goldfiish [28.3K]

Severe anemia may trigger an adaptive conversion of yellow bone marrow to red bone marrow.

Anaemia is defined as the decrease or the reduction of the oxygen carrying content of the blood which are the red blood cells.

These red blood cells and other blood cells which include the white blood cells and the platelets are produced in the body by the bone marrows by a process called haemopoiesis.

The bone marrow is divided into two:

  • yellow bone marrow and
  • red bone marrow.

The red bone marrow is made up of stem cells which can be converted to red cells when the need arises while yellow bone marrow is made up of fat.

During health conditions such as anaemia, there is increase in the need of red blood cells by the body.

There is usually the conversation of yellow bone marrow to red bone marrow to compensate for the increased demand of red blood cells.

This conversation is called an adaptive conversation.

Therefore,Severe anemia may trigger an adaptive conversion of yellow bone marrow to red bone marrow.
