Answer:

The answer is reciprocal chromosomal translocation

Explanation:

The Philadelphia chromosome (Ph) is the truncated chromosome 22 generated by the reciprocal translocation t(9;22)(q34;q11) and was first identified in 1960 in a patient with CML [3]. Translocation of the proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase (ABL1) gene located on chromosome 9 to the breakpoint cluster region (BCR) gene located on chromosome 22 results in a BCR-ABL1 fusion gene on the Ph [4, 5]. Three BCR-ABL1 fusion gene hybrids encode BCR-ABL1 protein isoforms p210, p190, and p230, which have persistently enhanced tyrosine kinase (TK) activity. These aberrantly activated kinases disturb downstream signaling pathways, causing enhanced proliferation, differentiation arrest, and resistance to cell death [6, 7]. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targeting the BCR-ABL1 protein are the most successful targeted therapy for Ph-positive leukemia.

Elanso [62]

Answer:

converted into fat and stored in adipose tissue

Explanation:

When protein is taken in excess amount, because it cannot be stored in the body, it can be broken down to amino acids, which is further used as carbon skeletons to synthesize fats, which is then further stored in the adipose tissues.

When the body is not receiving enough calories from other nutrient sources like carbohydrates and fats, the available protein is the used as energy to meet the body's energy demands, by converting it to fat.

Note that, excess intake of protein can be harmful to the body.

myrzilka [38]

An experiment is created by a scientist to determine how fertiliser affects sugar cane height. Two fields receive fertilization, but the remaining two do not. Fertilizer Application serves as the experiment's control group.

Fertilizer Application is typically limited to irrigated plantations and varies by region and even by farmer. Fertilizers will work best if used between 12 and 24 months before and after the peak growing season. One year after planting, farmers typically spray 50 kg of urea and 50-100 kg of DAP per acre. Since Casuarina manufactures its own nitrogen with the aid of the bacterium Frankia, it does not require a significant amount of nitrogen fertiliser. In order to prevent this, it is advised to apply 11 kg of urea and 94 kg of superphosphate at moderate level.
