What is the domain of the function?

Mathematics
1 answer:
ratelena [41]4 years ago
4 0

Answer:

Domain: B but should be x > 0

Range: A

Step-by-step explanation:

The domain is the set of all x values. This is seen in the graph as all values on the x-axis which have a value for the function. Since this function begins at the y-axis (where x = 0) and continues right then the domain is x > 0.

The range is the set of all y values. This is seen in the graph as all values on the y-axis which have a value for the function. Since the function curves on the coordinate plane all along the y-axis, it has no restrictions. This means it has all y values as a part of the function. The range is all real numbers.

A store has 1173 pairs of socks. the socks are sold in packs of 4 pairs. how many packs of socks can the store sell?
Nadusha1986 [10]

Answer:

293 packs is the maximum the store can sell.

Step-by-step explanation:

Determine the number of packs that can be made with 4 pairs of socks.

(1173 pairs)/(4 pairs/pack) = 293.25 packs

We can't sell 0.25 pack (1 pair of socks), so drop that fraction to yield 293 full packs.  Donate the spare pair, so to speak, to the local IRS agent.

Suppose A and B are square matrices of the same size. Which of the following are necessarily true?
kiruha [24]

Answer:

c. (A + B)^2-A^2 + 2AB + B^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that:

a.

(A-B)^2 = A^2 - 2AB + B^2

If and only if AB = BA

Then;

(A-B)^2 = (A -B ) (A - B)

(A-B)^2 = A^2 - AB-BA + B^2    (FALSE)

b.

(AB)^2=A^2B^2

on true if any only if AB =BA

(AB)^2= (AB) (AB)

c.

(A+ B)^2 =  A^2 + 2AB + B^2

(A+ B)^2 = (A + B) (A+B)

(A+ B)² = A × A + A × B + B × A + B × B

(A+ B)^2 = A^2 + A*B + B*A + B^2

This is true

Fill in the table using this function rule <br> y=- 10x + 2
wariber [46]
I’m not to sure if their should’ve been a picture included or not but if you’re talking about a table - table then just wrong the line diagonal. Starting with the line at the top left running in the middle (0) to the bottom right. Hope that helped a bit?? Sorry if it’s not correct, tried helping to the best of my abilities.
