In this question we will first solve for the variable. ( i.e. c )
so,
subtracting both sides by 1 we get 
8 ≤ c
or
c ≥ 8

And we know that if we have ≤ or ≥ we have a HARD dot on the point.
So, our graph will start from point 8 goes to the right.
