When the center isn't (0,0) the equation is (x-h)^{2} +(y-k)^{2} =r^{2} (h,k) is center and r is radius.

So inputting the center (-1/2, √57) and radius = in the equation:

(x- -\frac{1}{2} )^{2} + (y-\sqrt{57} )^{2} = 9^{2}

(x+\frac{1}{2})^{2}  + (y-\sqrt{57} )^{2} = 81
