well 66 and 2x-22 are corresponding angles so those are congruent so you set that up like 2x - 22 = 66 to find x and for y 66 and 5y + 14 are supplementary angles so they equal 180 so you set that one up like (5y + 14)+ 66 = 180 and then its just basic math
