Answer:

Option D f(x) = x + 5

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given in the figure (-3) ⇒ 2

(-2) ⇒ 3

and 0 ⇒ 5

Now relation between (-3) and 2 is -3 + 5 = 2

Relation between (-2) and (3) is -2 + 5 = 3

Similarly 0 and 5 are related by 0 + 5 = 5

If we define this in the form of a function, then f(x) = x + 5 will be the answer.

Option D f(x) = x + 5 is the answer.

Jake went to a fair and spent $5 on admissions, $6.50 on games, and $7.21
asambeis [7]

Answer:

Jake has $11.29 dollars left.

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the answer, we will add up $5 + $6.50 + $7.21 and we get $18.71. Now subtract $30 from 18.71, which is $11.29. Therefore, Jake has $11.29 dollars left.

A radio station is going to construct a 5-foot tower on top of a building. the tower will be supported by three cables, each att
KonstantinChe [14]
You need to use Pythagoras’ Theorem.
A² + B² = c² and c is the hypotenuse of the right angled triangle.

The height of the tower (5 feet) is A and the distance from the end of the cable and the base of the tower (12 feet) is B. The length of ONE cable is c. So:

A² + B² = c²
5² + 12² = c²
25 + 144 = c²
169 = c²
13 = c. This is the length of one cable.

3 x 13 = 39 therefore the total length of the cables is 39 feet.
