The nursing assistant would need to be able to write clearly and correctly fill out a complex chart. The importance would be that Nurses and doctors must be able to see what the patient has been doing in regards to the patients treatment, observations and response to care. Examples would be the patients intake and output for a shift, the patients appetite, mobility and response to treatments observed.
