Answer:

6) a) 15 inches

7) b) 4 cm

The side of the square 4 cm

8) C)

Area of the square = side ×side

Step-by-step explanation:

Step(i):-

Given that the perimeter of the square is twice the perimeter of the triangle

we know that the perimeter of the square = 4a and

The perimeter of the triangle = a+b+c

Given that the perimeter of the square is twice the perimeter of the triangle

             4a = 2( a+b+c)

             2a = 11 +9+10

             2a = 30

               a =15

The side of the square = 15 inches

Step(ii):-

7)

Given that the area of the square is equal to the area of the rectangle

         a² = length × breadth

        a²  = 8×2 =16

       a= √16

      a = 4cm

8)

Area of the square = side ×side

Enter the ordered pair that is the solution to the system of equations graphed below please :]
DiKsa [7]
Hello!

Since (1, -2) is the point of intersection, then it is the solution to the system of equations. Let's test our answer to see if it's correct:

-2 = -4(1) + 2

-2 = -4 + 2

-2 = -2

But that's only for the first one, let's test for the second one:

-2 = 1 - 3

-2 = -2

This is how we know that (1, -2) is the solution to the system of equations. Hope I helped! :3

Y_Kistochka [10]
Your answer is A) 1 teaspoon.

The ratio for this problem is 8, 2, where 8 is the people, and 2 is the teaspoons. 4 people is half of 8 when you divide 8/4 so you have to do the same with the other part of the ratio. when you split 2 in half, you get 1 teaspoon as your answer

Hope this helps :)

Why is 6/6 equivalent to 6
Elena-2011 [213]
Hey There!

\frac{6}{6} does not equal to six, because when you see fractions with the same numerator and denominator you divide, so 6/6 equals one. Therefore, \frac{6}{6} does not equal to one.
