Im not quite sure how to word this but the answer is .55
If you divide 3.33 by 6 that is the answer. 3.33 is the same as 3 1/3
because just imagine dividing 3 over 6 you get 1/2. Well add one half to the 3 and it becomes .55
Im not sure if that was any help :/

Answer:

x = -7

Step-by-step explanation:

sum of interior angles in any triangle 180°

84 + 59 + 51 = 194

180 - 194 = -14

14 ÷ 2 = -7     x = -7

<u>check</u>

-7 + 59 = 52

-7 + 51 = 44

84 + 52 + 44 = 180

100 POINTS WILL MARK BRAINLIEST x^2 − 8x + 13 = 0 Which of the following is the first correct step to write the above equation i
Fed [463]

Answer:

We will add 3 to each side of the equation

Step-by-step explanation:

x^2 − 8x + 13 = 0

We want to complete the square

We will subtract 13 from each side of the equation

x^2 -8x +13 -13 = 0 -13

x^2 -8x = -13

Then take the coefficient of x

-8

Divide by 2

-8/2 = -4

Square it

(-4)^2 = 16

Add this to each side

x^2 -8x +16 = -13+16

( x-4) ^2 = 3

The sum of subtracting 13 and adding 16 is adding 3

<h3>Answer:  29 miles (approximate)</h3>

======================================================

Explanation:

Segment AB is already given to be 19 miles long.

I'm assuming your teacher meant to ask about side BC, which is side 'a' since it's opposite angle A.

Use the law of cosines to find the missing side

a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2*b*c*cos(A)

a^2 = 12^2 + 19^2 - 2*12*19*cos(138)

a^2 = 843.874040417691

a = sqrt(843.874040417691)

a = 29.0495101579647

a = 29 when rounding to the nearest whole number

Side BC is roughly 29 miles long.
