I would like to see more weight loss,getting faster/better at the exercises and doing more repititions of the whole routine,insted of doing it 3 times being able to do it 4 times next time.You can achive these changes by doing circuit training more often and trying your hardest every time

How intense it was. The fact that i had to focus my breathing and keep pushing myself through all of these exercises made it addictive. I love doing a workout that i feel the need to push myself to see my best results or outcomes.
