Circle theorems please help

Mathematics

Answer:

n = 28°

Step-by-step explanation:

The angle at the centre is twice the angle on the circle subtended on the same arc.

Also angles subtended on the same arc are congruent , thus

m = n

Then

35 + m = \frac{1}{2} (98 + n ) ← multiply both sides by 2 to clear the fraction

70 + 2m = 98 + n , but since m = n, then

70 + 2m = 98 + m ( subtract m from both sides )

70 + m = 98 ( subtract 70 from both sides )

m = 14 and n = 28

MODELING REAL LIFE A group spends $277.50 to rent a total of 15 tubes. How many of each type of tube does the group rent?
marusya05 [52]

The cost of each of the 15 tubes given a total cost of tubes to be $277.50 is $18.50

Given:

Total cost of rubes = $277.50

Total number of tubes = 15

<em>Cost of each tube = Total cost of rubes / Total number of tubes</em>

= $277.50 / 15

= $18.50

Therefore, the cost of each of the 15 tubes given a total cost of tubes to be $277.50 is $18.50
