In other words, language is important to externalize your reasoning to attract other reasonings that complement yours. An example of when language helped my critical thinking was when I talked to my parents about the reasons I was evaluating to decide who I was going to live with. In this way, my parents understood my position and gave me some suggestions that complemented my reasoning.
