15/ 25

Step by step explanation

With exponents you don’t multiply them by the number you multiply them the amount of times the number says so if a is one you multiply 1×1×1 which is one then you move on to B both times has it exponent of 2 so 3×3 is nine and 9×1 is 10. And since there is no exponent Over C, you can just add 10+5 which is 15

Now on the bottom half you see that C doesn’t have an exponent so we can figure out a is 1 then, do you see that b has the same exponent of two we are just going to bring that nine down to the lower half now as you can see, C has an exponent 5×5×5 is 15 and 15+10 = 25

Ps. Hope this helps!

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

a³ + b² +c²/a + b² + c³=1³ + 3² + 5/1 + 3² + 5³

=1 x 1 x 1 + 3 x 3 + 5/1 + 3 x 3 + 5 x 5 x 5

=1 + 9 + 5/1 + 9 + 125

=15/135

=1/9

In DEF, sin D = 24/25. What is cos E?
erica [24]

Answer:

Option B. 24/25

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

In the right triangle DEF

∠D+∠E=90° -----> by complementary angles

so

sin(D)=cos(E)

we have

sin(D)=24/25

therefore

cos(E)=24/25

Train A and train B leave a central station at the same time. They travel the same speed, but in opposite directions, with train
mylen [45]
Train A:

Distance (s) = 420 miles
Time (t) = 3 hours
Speed (v) = distance ÷ time = 420 ÷ 3 = 140 miles/hour

Train B:

Distance (s) = 420 miles
Time (t) = 2.25 hours
Speed (v) = distance ÷ time = 420 ÷ 2.25 = 186.7 miles/hour

Find the values of the six trigonometric functions for angle θ.Give answers in simplest form.
andrew-mc [135]

Answer:

Below in bold.

Step-by-step explanation:

The length of the side opposite to theta:

= √(24^2-21^2)

=  √(24-21)(24+21)

= √(135)

= 3√15.

sin theta = 3√15/ 24 = √15/8.   csc theta = 1/√15/8 = 8/√15 =  8√15/15.

cos theta = 21/ 24 = 7/8.            sec theta = 8/7.

tan theta = 3√15/21 = √15/7.     cot theta = 7/√15  = 7√15/15.
