I would change this law because it is simply outrageous. I do not believe people should get fined for potentially offending a religious representative by dressing up as one for <em>Halloween. </em>People should not have to limit their freedom of expression just to conform to other people's religious beliefs/views.

Cambiaría esta ley porque es simplemente escandalosa. No creo que la gente deba ser multada por ofender potencialmente a un representante religioso vestiéndose como uno para Halloween. Las personas no deben limitar su libertad de expresión solo para ajustarse a las creencias y opiniones religiosas de otras personas.
