Anybody know the best exercise for losing weight?My little brother is picking up weight nonstop because of quarantine.He will do

whatever it takes to lose weight.

He could run outside around your neighbourhood or in a nearby park for an hour, make sure to eat less fatty and unhealthy food, eat more fruits and healthier meals. Also he could eat smaller portion sizes and drink plenty of water. If you can go to a nearby gym and do some exercises there
