Signs of stress can include acne, headaches, a decrease in one's energy, restless sleep/insomnia, depression, change in eating patterns, sweating, pounding heart/quicker heart beat.

Well one of the things I’ve noticed if the corner of your eye twitch’s and you can also get acne, chest pain sometimes, headaches, dizziness, shaking, and trouble sleeping. That is about all I’ve got!
