The looks, you see so many people, celebrities etc. photoshop picture to make themselves look better, they promote plastic surgery as a quick fix for insecurity when in the long run you're gonna have to keep getting surgeries and you'll run out of money if your job doesn't pay enough

I believe both looks and personality factor into what makes a person's identity and character. Every person is unique. What goes on in their mind, what they do, the DNA in their blood and the fingerprints on their fingers differ from others.

I think that both traits can get people far in life depending on what they want to succeed in. Looks can help you in places and jobs where attractiveness is highly valued, personality can help you in an atmosphere where amiability and communication is needed, and intelligence can get you far in a situation or profession that requires quick, accurate thinkers.

It all just depends on what the person wants to succeed in. If you have one trait but it doesn't help you in your profession, either look for a job that is catered more to the trait you have, or put in the time to master/develop another trait.
