By massaging it and exercise daily in the morning like jogging,walking etc. And u can play some sports activities that can reduce stress for me I don't know if it works for you just try it
I think the person got some "fats" in there serving and havent burn it through exercising so its stored in the body as body fat which will make the person gain weight.
