You probably want to get into a good pre med school before going straight into med school to take all the prerequisite classes
im not sure about specific collages but i know UCI (UC Irvine) has a lot of medical majors

The older you get the more your brain will develop... Right, but, when your body hits a certiant age that all goes in reverse. This may not be as bad if you live a healthy lifestyle because then your body is ready and open for when that age comes so that memory loss is slower. but if you are not active at all you will cause heart problems, tourmers, etc. witch can develop memory loss faster

I'd say that the doctor would recommend to 1: to start a low-calorie, low-fat diet, 2: devote time to follow a workout plan, and possibly 5: Join a weight-loss support group, but I'm not sure about that one.
The reason the doctor wouldn't recommend 3 is because you're supposed to eat several servings of fruit per day, not once a week, and the reason the doctor wouldn't recommend 4 is because an increase in food consumption would add on to the patients problem of being overweight rather than help it.
