In my opinion horizonatal city is better bexause in vertical city there is lift problem parking problem s and others whereas there is no such problem in horizontal city
In the 21st century, there are two main types of city:horizontal city with houses close the ground and vertical city with multi-storey houses. While some people consider better provision of horizontal city is the best choice, Iam of opinion that verticl city as a great solution
