5000 AED is the typical max limit for most banks. A few would allow you to withdraw up to 8000, if you use the ATM machines of the bank that issued the card. So, 3500 AED shouldn't be a problem.
To find slope, use the equation (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). In your case, the equation is going to look like (-3 - -1)/(5 - -2) or (-3 +1)/(5 + 2), and that simplifies to -2/7.
