Urban sprawl is when the population of a city becomes dispersed over an increasingly large geographical area. This movement from higher density urban cores to lower density suburbs means that as cities expand, they often begin to take up significant tracts of land formerly used for agriculture.

Answer:

Urban sprawl is basically another word for urbanization. It refers to the migration of a population from populated towns and cities to low density residential development over more and more rural land. The end result is the spreading of a city and its suburbs over more and more rural areas.

natka813 [3]

Answer:

1. Endocrine disrupters

Explanation:

Endocrine disrupters are chemicals that alters or interrupts the normal functioning of the endocrine system that consists of several glands that produce hormones responsible for various functions such as metabolism, reproduction, growth, etc. When this interferes with the endocrine system, it can bring about many undesirable consequences, one of which is low testosterone levels as reported in the Alligators in Florida lake that is polluted by high levels of dioxins. A table with four organisms and their primary role in an ecosystem is shown.
Otrada [13]

Answer:Each and every one of us have several roles. Organisms in a community play other roles too. An organism's role within an ecosystem depends on how it earn its nutrients. Organisms collect their nutrients in very different actions, so they have different roles in an ecosystem.

Explanation:

The food chain describes who eats whom in the wild. Every living thing—from one-celled algae to giant blue whales—needs food to survive. Each food chain is a possible pathway that energy and nutrients can follow through the ecosystem.

For example, grass produces its own food from sunlight. A rabbit eats the grass. A fox eats the rabbit. When the fox dies, bacteria break down its body, returning it to the soil where it provides nutrients for plants like grass.

Of course, many different animals eat grass, and rabbits can eat other plants besides grass. Foxes, in turn, can eat many types of animals and plants. Each of these living things can be a part of multiple food chains. All of the interconnected and overlapping food chains in an ecosystem make up a food web.
