From what I looked up on Google vegans don't eat fish, maybe some do but vegetarians do still eat fish. The reason why is because their are many types of health benefits that come with eating fish. And most feel it's not okay to eat dogs is because most people actually live around them and know how sweet and kind they are and how they are pets for most.
